top fuel dragster progress pics (scratch-built)

Here are progress pics of my scratch built top fuel dragster.Some of you asked why am I scratch building one when I can just buy a kit, the reason is I have extra parts lying around and I thought I would use them.The frame is almost done.Just needs a wing and some more sanding.Tell me what you think so far.The engine is a Ford and the headers are also scratch built.

Am i tripping or its the frame that is a big off in some places?

That's a promising project coming up. I think you have to have a lot of guts to completly scratchbuild it, even more when there are kits avaible for it. Looking forward to the results.

I like it Blowncivic just doesnt know anything about cars :D
But the over all frame is very good but is the blower tilted it seems to be slanted? might just appear that way but cant wait to see it done
