ABS light after starting

My 96 Tahoe ABS light comes on after starting, fuses check good, parking brake reset several times (no help) and no codes in the computer..

Welcome to AF, a std scanner will not access abs codes, it needs to be scanned with the proper scanner to access codes.

I have read many reports that vehicles which had this problem, to check the grounds....a poor ground has caused this problem owners have replaced the abs and found it was a bad ground...

the driverside fender/frame area...it is a cheap easy check..

or air got in the system, ABS modules can be VERY sensitive.
