Help, I have a 93 dodge dynasty which hesitates/ stumbles only when she is warm when she is cold she runs like a charm. I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, coil, fuel filter, air filter, air intake filter and repaired a leak in the fuel line. she seems to be going through alot of fuel, burning rich. The check engine light does not come on, wandering if anyone has an idea what may cause it? any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time.

Start by scanning for ECM codes, even if there is no 'check engine' light.
My first thoughts is bad TPS for the driveability problem and a bad oxygen sensor for the poor mileage, but other problems may be at work. A scan will give you a good starting place.

Don't forget to check the coolant temperature sensor as well. I'm not sure if your Dodge uses a separate sensor for the ECU than for the gauge/sender.
