What kind kind of numbers will a 93-97? Mx6 with the JDM KLZ 2.5 V6 run to 60 and in the 1/4? Top end? Assuming cold air, full exhaust, igntion, etc.

u mean KLZE.
well, it's really hard to have a mx6 that is properly tuned to have a great ZE. You have to have the right VAF, J-spec ECU and proper tuning to squeeze much of that 200hp that they claim that they produce at the crank. I have heard that if properly tuned, the ZE can do MAYBE low 13's but I haven't heard anyone pull such time.

The Properly tuned ZE with intake, and all that goodies, it might get anywhere from 180-220 hp AT the crank. Some ZE are not as good as others cause 95% of them are from used cars. So the engine can be good or bad. I heard that ZE can pull anywhere from high - mid 6 to low 6(though doubtful, but possible) going 0-60 and I think that's a pretty fair numbers. I can't say much since though I have ZE under my hood, I have ATX so that's not much of a reference.

Top end after taking the limiter off, it can go around anywhere from 140-155mph, though it really depends on the tuning that has been done to the car.

My numbers can be off, so don't count on it so much. But the 200hp is true on the ZE.
