'94 Loyale swaps

Lately, I've been wanting more out of my Loyale. It runs fairly well, except for the oil and coolant leaks, which then burns off and smokes... I've been thinking about getting an EJ20-25 swap, but I don't know where to start. Where would I find prices, how difficult is this swap, and what other infor should I know?
