2000 lincoln ls wont start it cranks but wont start theres gas new fuel pump... check the fuses and reset it the fuel pump ...it keeps saying "ENGINE SENSOR DATA ERROR" ?

Do you happen to have access to a scan tool to check the codes for an idea what engine sensor is showing an error? Did you have this issue prior to replacing the fuel pump? Did this happen just after any other work on the car? Have you looked for disconnected sensors under the hood?
I'm going to guess you have a bad crankshaft position sensor, but checking the codes could certainly reduce your inspection steps.
