power steering leaking

I have replaced my powersteering pump but it leaks from the pressure hose connection i was told to put an o-ring in it so i did and it stoped leaking but now i have no powersteering so i took it back off and am now wondering what to do. please help if you can.......i wonder if i used to big of an o-ring or what.

by the way its a 2000 3.0 ohc if that matters.

yes it could very well to big the o-ring or a small hole in the power hose.
