2zz-GE Igniters. Dumb or intelligent?

Hey, has anyone got any idea whether the 2zz-GE Igniters are dumb or intelligent? And has anyone got any experience with mapping the engine with an aftermarket ECU, preferably Pectel. Cheers

Also, does anyone know what fuel pressure that engine runs at? Cheers
