'98 seat/mirror module

Am told that I need a power seat (memory)/mirror module for my '98 /Riviera...gm#25682217. Unfortunately they do nt seem to be available anywhere. does anyone have any unput on where this my be found??? or perhaps a used one? thanx in advance.:screwy:
