02 VRX Power Steering Belt Problem

I've got an 02 VRX Diamante and I recently had to replace the Power Steering Serpentine Belt. When I did this, I don't think I tensioned it correctly because now when I start the car, something(I think its the power steering pump) squeels like crazy. Once the car warms up and I've made a couple of turns that are loud enough to wake the whole neighborhood, things seem to calm down.

That was a couple months ago. With the weather getting worse, the squeeling is getting worse, and I can't seem to find out where the tensioner is. Can anyone give me a description or a diagram as to wear the power steering belt tensioner is? Chilton seems to have forgotten about the Diamante's....
