2001 Grand Am stereo lock

Hi, i have a 2001 grand am and my stereo says lock on it and i tryed the 2 and 3 presets and someone says hold the min and 1 and 4 presets but none seemed to work can you please help me and if you could please get back to me at [email protected] thank you
