there's either really good cops, which will only punish you for things you deserve, and there's bad cops, who will try everything in thier power to find something on you just because they don't like you/your car.

I could'nt really make out what was on the ticket but I thought I'd just express my opinion about American cops.

yea, my neighor, hes one of those, but all these special ED students at school that think they are cops suck

My neighor would let most people off with murder, hes saved my bros ass many times from getting tickets

but all those special ed students on my bus, one that is kinda a cop for a local pig squad, get excited when a car passes the stped school but, they right down their tag number, then they laugh at how they got "one" , then i preceed to usually cus them out at how a cop cant give that person a ticket cuz he didnt witness it, and they get all mad

usually resorts in big paper fight, and them saying, dont pick on us jsut b/c were special ed, it doesn tmean were stupid, in reality, it means ure a fast ass wanabe cop:finger:

moral of the story: dont mess with cops, dont do over 15 MPH over the speed limit, and make fun of special ed students when ever possible

Fight it in court based on the citation is not complete.

fight the fact that he/she did not fill out the rest of the citation, maybe it will give you leverage in court

one time a cop accidentally wrote donw the wrong license plate number, and my dad took it to court and won. only cause the cop didn't show up though...

Advice from a MA. resident. Next time get a local lawyer pay em $100 and get the ticket dropped and no insurance raping to follow

i most CERTAINLY was not doing "50 in a 30". The limit is 30, i was doing 35 MAX! i was riding on my spare tire, and if you dont know how massachusetts roads are in the winter, just imagine millions of speed bumps that go in all crazy directions that are unpainted. It's just stupid the amount of shit some districts get away with. The cop just saw a nice red car coming down the road and decided to make up a BS speeding ticket. If i was doing almost twice the posted speed limit (the 'official' speed was 56) why the shit did he follow me for nearly two minutes with his lights off? And the whole time I was pulled over, the cop kept trying to get me into an argument with him. Just so I would raise my voice and he could get me on something else.
I'm just angry because I really wasn't going that fast. If I HAD been folling around and gotten caught, fine, I'm willing to pay the price. But the fact is, I was just trying to limp back to my dorm on my hurt car so I could go to bed.

Oh yeah, and during the court session, I said to the judge how I was riding on my spare on my drive wheel, and the spare was grossly underinflated (my handligh was SHIT!) and the cop goes "Your honor, he never told me he was riding on his spare during the incident"

SO?!? You didnt ask you donut munching motherfucker!! If you had been fucking observant like a cop is supposed to be, you would have noticed that one of my rear tires (which you can SEE from the back) is twice as skinny as the others, and that my car was sitting at a funny angle!!

I guess cops are pulling anyone and everyone in my state because my state doesn't know what economic efficiency is. On top of that, our so-called "nationally accredited" police department can't solve four fraud cases a day, yet they have time to drive around and give everyone on a side street a parking ticket.

In Randolph, it's ok to drive around and not really get any tickets i think that as soon as you get past Worcester, all of the cops become assholes, because i was in Petersham once and on the way home, i saw about 5 cops pull over 5 different cars within a 6 mile radius

I see part of the problem. You're in Massachusetts and your name isn’t Kennedy. Change it and you can literally get away with murder.
