Oil on Lower Intake

I have 02 GT with a 3.8L and about 67k on it. I am noticing oil sitting on the lower intake and can smell it burning. I am trying to figure out where it could be coming from. It looks like the oil is coming out of one of the bolts on the intake and running down and pooling. The bolt did not feel loose when I checked to see if it was torqued to 132 in-lbs. Can oil leak like this or does it have to be coming from somewhere else. I had the UIM and LIM both replace around 50K, so I did not know if something from having this done would cause a leak. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

Are you sure its not coming from a valve cover gasket?

Is the oil actually coming from the UIM? One possibility for this is a problem with crankcase ventilation. The PCV valve since the UIM itself has no oil flowing through it. Also, you can get oil via the LIM bolts if they were not sealed properly during installation when the gaskets were replaced or the LIM gaskets.

I cannot see anything wet around the valve covers and it does not look like anything is coming out if the UIM. A couple bolts on the LIM are wet and that is why I thought it could be coming from those. Should I pull those bolts and reseal them?

Sounds like a good plan to me.

Just to clarify...if the oil is inside the LIM then I think it is related to PCV. Since the manifold is not washed by fuel like a TBI or carb engine there are places it can puddle.
If the oil is outside the LIM I'd first check the rocker cover gaskets.
