300c breaking problem

i have a 300c with less than 43000 miles. twice i have had a braking pulsation problem. i have had it in for repairs both times. the pulsation continues. this happens at all speeds. no matter what has been done as far as repairs it continues. anyone with suggestions?

rotors need to be replaced.
does the pulsation only occur under braking?
