Off Ebay. I've never purchased a kit or anything from a seller there, and they always seem to have very good prices and a decent shipping rate. Is it too good to be true?
I've found a couple good stores that sell a wide array of kits at very good prices, and I'm hesitant to do so.

I've never had any problems buying from Hong Kong sellers off Ebay. Just be sure to check the feedback first. Most have good prices and good service.

Ordered from HK eBay sellers at least 10 times, never had problems with them. If you pay with PayPal you shouldn't fear anything cause they will refund you if something goes wrong.

I've ordered 3 or so kits off Ebay from sellers in HK with no problems, and actually received them via USPS a week before I expected them.
