Hi, I am having driveability issues on a 1993 Plymouth Sundance 2.2 TBI. It would start but run rough on idle.Checked codes(14: MAP input volt below minimum,25:Idle air control/a shorted condition is detected) Replaced Idle air control, replaced all rubber vacuum hoses, and the fuel filter. Started OK, when you accel. it bogs . Drove down the road to run it up and down tru'auto shifting. Bogged down on hill returning. Stopped and idled, exhaust looked a little dark, and it cantered a little, engine light flashed, checked codes (51: O2 sensor signal input indicates lean mix ratio condition during engine operation. 24: Throttle Position Sensor Volt too high or low. I'm clueless at this point, does not seem like I made a difference. Before repair, there was rough idle, followed by "dieseling" when engine shut off. it seems like the latest code is suggesting to replace the Throttle P S , pretty soon I will be replacing all the junk on the TBI , if it tried to richen the mix too much the Cat.Con.:frown: will clog next.
Any help appreciated..Thanks

Sounds to me like the problems with the problems with the MAP and the idle air control may have been masking the additional problem with the throttle position sensor. A malfunctioning TPS will result in the lean condition detected by the O2 sensor. I suggest replacing the TPS, too, then see what happens.
