blue reverse lights

found a set of blue caps on a vehicle at a junk yard
they turned out not to be half bad

Are the bulbs blue or the lenses? I have hyper whites in my reverse lights but if the lenses are blue I have to say :thumbsdow

they were just blue gel covers for stock bulbs

reccomend a good resizeing tool? sorry blame it on the noobness

PhotoBucket is a good site to host and resize pics. I just use photoshop if I want to resize them with out hosting them online.

Quickest is Microsoft Image Resize Tool

Incorporates itself into the shell, so when you're looking at your pic you just right click on it and press resize. Then has options for 4 quick sizing, or can put your own size in there. I use it everyday at at least 3 computers between work and home and it's the quickest easiest way to resize on the fly.

I'm not sure of the legality of this, nor the "why".
