Bank one refers to the exhaust system on the number one cyclinder side of the engine. Sensor two is the one located after the catalytic converter, rear of the vehicle end. Sensor heater circuit codes normally, but not always, mean the sensor is bad. In order to make sure it is the sensor you will have to do voltage and resistance tests in that sensors circuit.
