01 Exlorer Won't Idle

I Have An 01 Explorer 4.0 6cly. I Can Start The Truck But Soon As I Take My Foot Off Gas It Dies. It Has 85k Miles No Scan Codes Come Up Check Engine Lite Not On . Any Ideas ? If So Where Are The Items Located For Me To Check. Thanks

There is a good possibility the Idle Speed Control motor is the cause of your problem. You can try tapping on it with the handle of a screwdriver to see if it helps any. There is a generic picture of one below.
