Confused...

Here's how it goes.
On the way back from the track tonight we went to IHOP, when we left there, I got in my car (94 Prelude) and went to start it, at which point, the interior lights started flashing and all that. I realized it was my alarm, but I lost the clicker LAST year and haven't had a single problem with it. So I open the hood, disconnect the battery, then reconnect. I get greeted by the horn, so I pull the wire out. And as I was driving home after the car FINALLY started, I noticed the lights would dim every once in a while and the red securty light kept flashing. I got to my street and put my high beams on and as I did that, my (ABS) light came on for a second then went away. I don't know what kind of alarm system I have, but my car is acting really weird and I don't want to drive it with the electrical system how it is right now. Any ideas on what to do:confused::confused::confused:? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
