2005 Odyssey license plate light replacement

Any clue as to how to replace those lights? I cant imagine that both of them would blow out at the same time, but it is usually much cheaper and easier to start with the bulbs. However, I cant figure out and easy way to get to them? Any suggestions? Thanks,:confused:
