The speedometer, and all the other markers in the dashboard are not functioning. Even while the van is running its speed, gas, cooling, etc. markers dont work(markers stay at zero and do not move). The serve engine soon and CBS signal are also turned on.

Any help appreciated........

Smack the dash above the instrument cluster. If something comes back to life it indicates a solder joint issue as tempfixit stated. Could still be the case even if nothing comes back.

Go to the fuse/relay panel (PDC) next to the battery and remove the IOD fuse for 2-3 minutes. This will reset the body control module which controls the cluster.

Push in the two knobs on the instrument cluster. This starts the cluster calibration sequence. All the indicators should cycle a few times then return to normal. If the pointers move the cluster is good.

Next time when you type your title to your post give us a clue as to the subject of the problem. "Problem" doesn't help anyone searching for information about the issue they are having with their car.
