What is your input(s) on Tirerack? Are they any good? The threads on my car are starting to show and it looked like they had pretty good prices and selection. What have your experiences from them been like? Do they have good service in terms of getting all of your questions answered in a timley fashion? Thank you all for your input

Super top notch company. Their prices are always the lowest. You can shop all you want, but TireRack's prices are just a few bucks over wholesale. I just priced out a set of Yokohamas at a tire shop. Even with a buy 3 get one free sale, it worked out to $123 per tire. TireRack had the same tire for $74 each. Even if you have them overnighted its still cheaper than retail by a long shot. Plus they have a great website that lets you compare both their reviews and consumer reviews.
Call Lee at x623 and he'll set you up. Tell him Curtis told you to call. They constantly test new tires so the salespeople have first hand knowledge of almost every tire they sell.

No worries, everything that I know of them indicates that they are a very good service. I haven't used them, but they are a very popular option for people in the BMW club in my area. If there wasn't an excellent independent specialty performance tire shop in my area, then TireRack would likely be my source also.

You shouldn't have a problem with them, I never have.

I have made a few purchases from them in the past few years and am very satisfies. One thing I like is that they have multiple warehouses they ship from to keep shipping costs down. A few years back I ordered a pair of winter tires mounted on new steel rims and the shipping was only $17 and they arrived 2 days after I had placed the order.

Used them for years without a problem. Once, I got a full set of Goodyears for my truck and the local installer couldn't get them to balance correctly. Tire Rack authorized a full refund and paid for the shop labor and return shipping. The replacement Yokohamas were A-OK.
From my experience their prices always beat the best numbers from my local tire stores- even with shipping. As an example, I recently bought a set of 4 tires for my 530i and Tire Rack beat my local guys by over $100. It was a no-brainer.
I also really like their tire comparisons and customer feedback.
