My buddy has a Si that he as been tuning for a while now. Every couple of days he would tell me that he found more power out of the engine somewhere. He's actually got a cool setup. Today we both went somewhere and took our cars. We had no time to mess around on the way there but on the way back we took the long way home.
We pulled into a empty parking lot to let our engines heat up a bit. Once nice and warm we pulled onto the road and were just driving along. The nose of my car was lined up with the middle of his car when I heard him go WOT. He has a CAI to it was very noticeable. I as in second and mashed the gas. Next thing I know I have about 2 bus lengths on him and shut down.
When we got back to the apartment complex he said that in that race all his car did was make a lot of noise... I'll give him that one.

I just think it's hilarious. He's tuned, has stand alone engine management, and spent as much on that as you did on your car, which is pretty sick, in a bad way. Yet you still handed him his ass.
