You failed to mention what year your TC is, but if I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that your air bags is/are shot, and your pump has shorted out. The fuses may not have blow, if the pump failure mode was that it burned up, it could well have opened up and failed. Time to consider whether you want to repair the current air suspension, or replace with coils. Cost is about $3-600 dollars to repair the air suspension versus about $100 to replace with coils. This figures are for parts only, no labor included. you can do the job yourself, either way, use the search function to find details. I replaced both rear airbags with coils in about an hour and a half. The hardest part was getting the jack under the sagging rear end!
Good Luck, and let us know what you do!
