94 Chevy Duelly Headlight fuse location?

Ok this is really dumb.. I can't find the head light fuses for the headlights. Are they a fuseable link on a Chevy Pickup?

Accroding to Chilton Manual the fuse blocks are under the steering column near the brake pedal should be either fuse # 9 OR 14 for headlamps.

Underhood headlamp fuse should be on the top right corner for lighting.

The covers will usually have the fuse locations.
