Install a/c in '87 Voyager?

Is it feasible to salvage the a/c components from a scrap Voyager and install them in another that never had a/c ? I recently acquired an '87 Voyager in mechanically perfect condition with 88,000 miles. My wife wants to use it to transport cut flowers and a/c would be a big plus.
