Need some help on making bullet style mirror

Need some help on making the "bullet style mirror"(check my avstar)

edit:i had tried the one like on the velside rx7, impreza wrc and i think i sucess. rit now i'm looking to make the one like on my avstar.

what does your mirror look like currently???

I think there is a conpany that makes them......anyone know who?
