It's really easy. Do you have an FSM? It's all there.
How long? It depends on your luck. If it's good - 10min/wheel. If not - a few days (and I'm not joking).
Here's a little writeup I found http://members.iinet.net.au/~sayers/biscuits/brake.htm
It's not specifically for our cars, but I think it's enough.
Of course, you want to change disks/pads on the whole axis at least (both front wheels and/or both rear wheels).

Well, congratulations. Practice some more and you'll be able to do all four wheels in 40 minutes :)
Any problems or hints for newbies?

to bleed the brakes (needs 2 people)
----------------------
- jack up car
- take tire off
- find the knob on caliper (bleeding nipple)
- you can attach a hose to one end, or not if you want brake fluid everywhere
Bleeding Process
--------------------
1. uncap master cylinder cap (brake fluid cap)
2. have your friend pump brakes 3 times and hold on last pump
3. unscrew bleeding nipple
4. once all the fluid stops flowing, tighten screw again
5. have your friend let go of the pedal
6. fill brake fluid resevoir to full
7. repeat 2-6 around 5-10 times
that is the bleeding process
:D

i found out the two ppl thing the hard way about a week ago. i tried to do it myself and found out i needed another person to help. it took like 5 days for my dad to be available to help. had to drive a stupid (slow) honda CR-V to work. no more out days for my car, please.
oh yeah, i did the EBC slotted discs and the green stuff pads. feels good, but then my other brakes were sqeaking.

u4ik: WELCOME!
Been lurking about long? These guys know their stuff (mostly :D )...
Anyways, if you have a question, your best bet is to look in the back pages first, cause it's probably been asked before. Otherwise, just ask. Someone will give you an answer!
