I've been developing this for a little while now.
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t88808.html
Any questions/comments/additions/omissions etc can be commented on or added here. I want a defnitive guide on what COT is all about. A forum to have fun, share a laugh - but also pick each others brains and hear a different opinion to your own.

i think those guidelines sound excellent so far. of course rules will get broken from time to time, and right now i can't really think of anything to add. good job, Ozzie!

Nope, but I wouldn't recommend anything bigger. I also wouldn't argue if you wanted to shrink your s13_iketani pic.

If you changed the polls to not allow them to be open ended you wouldn't have to worry about them coming back.

Good one Yogs. We discussed that a little while ago in Mods forum, adding it now ;)
Note to OT mods. If you see any open ended polls pop up, the recommended time-out is 10 days. :)
