Anyone know how to remove front door speakers

Looking to remove on of my speakers sounds like the wire is sparking when it hits bass but don't know, i want to replace it or fix the problem. If anyone knows how please tell me. Pictures would be nice but i guess i can do without. My car is a 95 pontiac bonneville se with a big oval grill on the door the door is a one piece trim to let you know to.
