Power Stroke Headlights issue

Hi,
I have a 96 F350 PS I was driving into work lastnight and I pulled the headlight switch and the lights went on(of course) then I got to a corner and pushed the blinker switch on the column down for a left turn and my headlights went out. I have running lights and parking lights turn signals but no headlights.
Now the headlight switch is the pull type on the dash and the highbeams and blinkers are on the column. I checked all fuses and the blubs themselves and everything is good. Any suggestion would be greatly apperciated.
