no start

ok heres the deal bought a parts car 97 for my 97 swapped out engine and trans just got finshed and she wont start but it ran before i out it in my neon got lights bells and whistles no clicking sound just dash lights exterior interior and a brake ight when i turn the key to the run position all grounds are connected and good new battery starter is finewhats up i frustrated and and pissed

have you tryed to put the computer from the one you swapped out of?

Well....does it crank and just not turn over? Have you checked for spark and or fuel? Do you hear the fuel pump prime with you turn the key to the accessories on position?

Do the lights come on and do you hear any chimes when you turn the key?

I would look at your fuses and relays and then the battery.
