2002 Grand Am fuel issue 2.2

I have a 2002 grand am 2.2 4cyl. I have tested fuel pump and relay and they are working fine. The stock ignition security is working. it has a aftermarket loctronics device. I wanna know if the loctronics can cause fuel problems or is it the computer? I have no dealings with loctronics and no idea if it has a fuel cut off or not. anyone know?
