When to change power steering fluid?

Hey guys. New here.
So, I have been driving my truck for nearly 3 years and I have changed most of my fluid. However, I have not change my power steering fluid yet. How often does it needs to be change? thanks.

If it looks discolored, dirty, or smells bad, replace it.
