Chage over from 8.8 to 9.75 differential...

I have a 2001 F-150 2 WD, 8.8 ring gear, rear disk brakes.
I would like to change the complete differential to 9.75 ring gear assembly. I need a heaver differential for pulling my trailer.
Does anyone see problems with the above change over?
