how hard is it to put a e-brake handle on a '98 civic? I heard you have to cut off the existing stuff and it aint easy. any truth to this?

i know it's true you have to cut it off..but donno how hard it is :confused:

i did this on my accord and it really wasn't that hard at all. just cut the plastic/rubber thing that's on it now and install the new one. prob took about 20 minutes tops....:cheers:
