is there a way....

Again I have a 95 TC Sig. apparently whoever ordered this car didn't get the compass with it. Is there a way to activate it? when i start or shut off the car, the compass lights up but goes out right away.

Do you have the compass module hanging below the rear-view mirror? The FSM's on my website will describe what's required.

The only thing hanging below my rear view mirror is my air freshner! LOL! i'm guessing i need to upgrade the mirror to the auto dimming model with the compass attatchment? I'm a good mechanic but not so smart with computers:screwy: :loser: so i couldn't figure out how to download the service manual but i really would love a copy!!

I have an installation instruction page there too.. I don't believe I touched on the download process.. it's not too difficult their zipped to a few hundred MB's so dialup won't do.. I could burn a copy and send it to you if you have a slow ISP.

I'll check and see if my 95 parts car has the compass on the mirror. I have no idea. The car is kind of a stripo.
