98 Trans Am Headlight problems

98 Trans Am....I have one bright rt low beam and 3 others are dim. At this setting...the high beams shouldn't even be on. When switched to high beam..all four are bright and normal. I'm thinking a ground wire but I haven't been able to find any that look like a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated..Thanks

It could be your dimmer switch has a small short in it causing the highbeams to come on when they shouldn't.
