Anyone play PS2 games online?

Does anybody here play PS2 games online? I just bought me a broadband adapter to get my PS2 online, but I have no online games. What good games out there have online capabilities that I should consider getting?

Word on the street is SOCOM is an awesome online game.

SOCOM is okay, it can be a real fun game depending on who you play. Most of the time, the game is filled with immature people and cheating clans who make this game less fun. But overall, it's not a bad game at all

Since this is an automotive forum a new ps2 online game is comin out "Auto Modellista" it looks awsome. You can go online and street race with your friends and start clans. You can also ad body kits, engine mods, and other crap. Check it out here:

Wow that game looks pretty cool. I like the cartoon style graphics, I think it's pretty cool. IM definately going to try out that game when it comes out.

Yeah, i was reading about it today. Auto Modellista is on my wish list for sure! :D

I posted this Q WHILE back asking why people haven't mention it. I already reserved my copy and waiting...It is coming the 26th this month.:D

I bought Auto Modellist and was real excited. I tried to play online, but i guess it doesn't work w/ the go-net network adapter.

Squaresoft have announced a Japanese release date for their upcoming Playstation 2 online game, Final Fantasy XI.

They will be releasing the game on April 27th, with a price of 6800Yen (aprrox $125NZ). They have also announced that the first 2 months subscription to their online service, Playonline, will be free, and then the monthly charge will be 500Yen (aprrox $10NZ).

As for the American Release date it shold be released somewhere around late August early September but its not official yet

Auto MOdellista is a raelly good online game!!

need for speed underground is hot for online game

i think socom is probely the best online game out there for PS2 but i just got a new online game 2004 Fight Night its alright but not as good as socom
