Hi, fellas :)

I don't know about you, but I relly enjoy listening to good songs covered by someone, and sometimes the second version is better than the previous. I do have quite a few of them, but I'm looking for more. Could you add to my list what you think is a worthy effort? (please, no rap or dance versions:D ).

My list (some of it):

Tori Amos - Smells Like teen Spirit (highly recommended)
Radiohead - Sunday Bloody Sunday
The Bates - Billie Jean
Sonata Arctica - Still Loving You (blows you away!)
Marilyn Manson - Sweet Dreams
Gun - Word Up
Travis - Hit Me One More Time (Britney acoustic cover)
HIM - Wicked Game

I'm sure there's more, so please add to the list.

Oh, you already have Sweet Dreams there...oh well. It's one of the few covers that's much better than the original

the Alien Ant Farm/Michael Jackson song is "Smooth Criminal"...a very good song.

Interesting covers:

John Cougar Mellencamp's "Under the Boardwalk"
Stumpy Joe and the Good Ol' Boys (Def Leppard) doing "Release Me"
Def Leppard/Hothouse Flowers' version of "Little Wing"
Queensryche's "Scarborough Faire"
Scatterbrain's killer rendition of "Mama Said Knock You Out"
Metallica's "Turn the Page" and their award-winning "Stone Cold Crazy"
Far Corporation's "Stairway to Heaven"
Goo Goo Dolls' "Don't Change"
Bonnie Raitt's "Baby Mine"
Art of Noises' "Peter Gunn," "Dragnet," and "Kiss"

I usually don't like cover songs, they aren't very original. And most of them are worse than the first.
