just got an avenger

i just got my avenger last sat, its a 98ES V6. i like it a lot so far. im in the street racing scene and i really dont know too much about avengers and what mods are avaliable...looks like some of you have quite a bit done to yours though...they look nice. i was just wondering if you had any ideas for me. thanks

v6 auto or manual, i got a 97 es auto, i think im finally done with the 50,000 tune up, the only bad thing about our cars is that there so damn heavy, but as for mods, ive seen viper body kits around, but it is tough to find aftermarket parts, if u have any luck pass it on

torque converter lockup disable switch : free, search for it on asog.

that should give you most of a second off your 1/4 mile time, which unfortunately puts you in the low 16s or so, down from about 17 flat.

you can do a bunch of other crap too. of course you can do an intake, but you probly wont gain much.

erts downpipe is worth like 15 whp, full 2.5 back from that probly give you 20+ total whp, the 3.5 plenum should be worth like 10-15 hp, or if you wanna just a big gain all at once do the 3.0 swap, should put you in the low 16s stock or low 15s with the other stuff listed. get a nitrous venom kit on top of that and run 13s on a 100 shot, or pump it up to like 175, theres guys running that.
