94 apv on fire

I have had many problems with this one. yesterday I parked the thing after driving 11 miles and 15 min later the front was on fire the fire inspector said I had a short in the headlight assy. the wires going to the headlight right side fried and started the flames,was a big mess . I havent used the lights or anything very strange,all fuses good and battery still fully charged I am at a loss I may total it.
