Engine Swap 3.1 to 3.3

I've got a 1992 Olds Ciera with a 3.3 engine that i would like to put into a 1994 Olds Ciera with a 3.1 that has failed. Can this be done? Is this possible?

What would need to be swapped? PCM, Gauge cluster, wiring, hoses?
