91 240sx SR20 Smog

Was just curious if i can repair an SR20 motor to pass smog??

smog test. why don't have cats on there? need more imfo really.

i got a blacktop and it just passed deq but i got 1 cat on ther but i also heard use racing gas because it burns so clean
