Fuel PSI

My 93 C/K seems to be dumping alot of fuel in the throttle body. It seems to be flooding out and use way too much fuel. Is this in the fuel pressure regulator or in the ECM? Any ideas?

What engine and engine code?
Any check engine lights or codes stored?
Black smoke out tail pipe?

TBI fuel pressure is 9 - 13 PSI and you need a special tool to test it (no test port).
Engine Coolant Temp sensor could also be reporting the wrong temp causing too much fuel to be used.
A bad MAP sensor or vacuum hose to the MAP sensor can also cause it to run rich.
Injectors do go bad. Is fuel dripping from the injectors?

Just changed out the temp sensor and rebuilt the fuel psi regulator. It has a Holley TBI on the truck. The map sensor was changed out too. No drip for injectors. When I unplug the hose from the EGR valve it runs fine. New EGR vavle too. THe solenoid is new too. No apparent vacuum leak. Its still running real rich though.

The problem is the holley injector pod, they always run too rich. keep the holley throttle body but swap the GM injector pod into it.
