instant fuel readings - help is needed

I have 2005 EXT, and I can see only Avg. fuel readings and no instant as it described in the user manual. it states in the manual that i need to scroll and see it but it scrolles on how many miles, minutes and Avg.
What is the trick to see the Inst. Fuel Consump. readings?

I did, it says to press on the "ENTER sign" but when I do that, the display shifts to the next reading which is how many miles left on this tank...

You might try pressing it again.
If no luck run it by dealer and ask for help.
