front axle seal 02 S10 4.0 4x4

I have not seen any posts on replacement of front axle seals. I noticed driver side half of transfer case wet, but dry on the passenger side. I figure it may be the axle seal, could it be the case itself? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Clean old oil off and see where it is leaking for sure.
Seal can be replaced but you may need to pull axel stub to get it out and in.
