Calliper locking up

Just bought my som a 93 Cavalier, previous owner stated that passenger front calliper was frozen and needed to be replaced. I replaced calliper and rubber hose from calliper to stainless steel brake line. Passenger front still locks up as soon as you hit the brakes, sends smoke rolling and gets your heart pumping when you do it at speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Normally it is the rubber hose that causes them to lock up. If it were mine I'd probably check the new rubber hose just to make sure. After that it's probably in the anti-lock system.
