Cartoon cars: how do you...

I'm sorry if this question has been answered before, but I wanted to know if anyone here knew how to draw cartoon cars, like george trosely and ed newton(I know trosely's web site is in the tutorials, but i'm broke and kinda can't afford the small price). If anyone could help, that would be great. Thanks!
